– Butter – Garlic – Frozen shrimp – Salt and pepper – Lemon juice – Buffalo sauce – Mixed greens – Cherry tomatoes – Cucumber – Carrots – Blue cheese crumbles

Heat a skillet and melt the butter in it. Add the garlic, letting it cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes. Add in the shrimp, salt, pepper and lemon juice next.

After the shrimp are cooked through - about 4-5 minutes, take the skillet off the heat and drizzle in the buffalo sauce.
