Leftover Meatloaf Sandwich

WHY MAKE THIS RECIPE?
Build this delicious sandwich from a perfectly-cooked piece of meatloaf between bread, cheese and condiments. Don't let leftovers go unused!
2 tbsp butter 2 slices white bread 1 tbsp yellow mustard 1 slice provolone cheese 1 slice meatloaf 1 tbsp ketchup
Spread 1 tbsp of butter evenly over one side of two slices of bread.
Place one bread slice onto the hot skillet, butter side down. Top with the mustard then a slice of cheese, then meatloaf. Spread the ketchup on top of the meatloaf.
Top with the remaining bread slice, butter side up. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese melts. Flip sandwich carefully and cook for 3 minutes.
Cut in half and serve immediately!
For best results, cut a thick slice of meatloaf for this sammy. A minimum of 1-inch-thick meatloaf slices is ideal for optimal meaty flavor.
