Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

Simplify pot pie by using your crockpot! Make this slow cooker chicken pot pie with minimal effort. No pie crust required! Great dinner for a busy weeknight.

– Chicken – Chicken stock – Veggies – Biscuits

Let the insides cook while you work (or clean or take care of the kiddos or just relax!) and top it off with an easily-baked biscuit!

Combine together the veggies and seasonings with the chicken stock and cream of chicken.  

Set your crock pot to low for 8 hours with the lid on and get excited about your meal!

This is a great recipe to serve at a party and it also works great as a week night dinner.

In order to keep the meal on the healthy side, cream wasn't used. For a creamier recipe, add 1/2 to 1 cup of heavy whipping cream at the same time the peas and corn are added.
