INGREDIENTS
Large pasta shells
Dill pickles
Cheddar cheese
Mayonnaise
Cream cheese
Pickle juice
Fresh dill
Salt & Pepper
Garlic powder
STEP 1
Cook pasta in boiling water until al dente; drain and rinse with cold water.
Add cooked pasta to a large mixing bowl along with pickles and cheese chunks.
STEP 2
In a bowl combine mayonnaise and cream cheese. Stir until smooth. Pour contents in the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
STEP 3
Add pickle juice, fresh dill, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix well, cover tightly and refrigerate until ready to serve.

For a lighter recipe, use light mayo and replace the cream cheese with either a light sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Best options for cheese are medium or sharp cheddar. Other good options: colby jack, muenster and pepperjack.
