Cabbage is one of those super simple yet super yummy veggies that. you can add to a variety of meals. Just by changing the topping you add to it, makes it a whole new way to be enjoyed.

Cut 1" slices from. your whole cabbage head. These are now the "steaks". Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper before adding to the grill.

Each side needs about 4-5 minutes to grill and then just finish with the topping/flavor of choice as it comes off the grill.
