Do the following to each croissant: Cut in half length-wise. Spread 1 Tbsp. mayo on one half and 1 Tbsp. cream cheese on the other half. Sprinkle both with seasoning salt.
Layer bottom half of croissant with 1/2 of the salami slices, 1/2 of the tomato slices, 1/2 of the cucumber slices, 1/2 of the snap peas and top with a small handful of alfalfa sprouts. Top with the other half of croissant and cut in half, down center.
