Crab Dip with Cream Cheese is the perfect appetizer for any party. Make it as mild or as spicy as you’d like!
INGREDIENTS
3 tbsp olive oil1 red bell pepper chopped1 bunch green onions 2 cloves garlic 1 cup frozen corn kernels1 jalapeno pepper Salt and pepper 4 oz cream cheese 1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream4 oz diced green chiles 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce6 oz lump crab meat1 cup cheddar cheese
STEP 1
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron. Add bell pepper, onions, garlic, corn, jalapeños, s&p for 3 to 5 minutes.
STEP 2
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, green chiles Worcestershire sauce and crab meat. Mix well and add to the skillet.
STEP 3
Spread dip in an even layer, top with shredded cheese and remove from heat.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Serve with
tortilla chips!

If you love a little heat but don’t have a jalapeno on hand, use a hot sauce such as sriracha sauce or red pepper flakes to spice it up.
EXPERT TIP
In the Midwest, we don’t have fresh crab readily available so we use lump crab meat. Splurge if you can, but it’ll be good either way!
