This is the best meatloaf recipe with crackers you’ll ever eat and it is such an easy classic dish. It’ll quickly become a favorite family meal!
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef
1 cup Ritz crackers
1 egg
1 c milk
1/2 c ketchup
1/3 c onion
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3/4 c ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
1/4 c apricot preserves
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a 5×9 loaf pan with cooking spray and set aside.
STEP 2
Combine the beef, crackers, egg, milk, ketchup, onion and spices. Mix together with your hands until thoroughly combined.
STEP 3
Pour the mixture into the. Place the pan on a rimmed baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours.
In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apricot preserves and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
STEP 4
Spread half of the mixture evenly over the meatloaf halfway through baking.
STEP 5
Let meatloaf sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serving. Use the remainder of the sauce for dipping/topping.

To avoid an extra greasy meatloaf, use a leaner meat like ground turkey or even venison!
