INGREDIENTS

Refrigerated biscuits 1/4 c sugar 1 tbsp cinnamon 1 c powdered sugar 2 tbsp melted butter 3 tbsp milk

STEP 1

Separate the biscuits and place them on a flat surface.

STEP 2

Use a small circle cookie cutter or shot glass to cut small holes into the center of each biscuit. Place a single layer in an air fryer basket.

STEP 3

Air fry at 350 degrees F for 3 minutes per side or until golden brown and flaky.

Do not discard the donut holes! Fry them separately, but for just 2 minutes per side.

STEP 4

Mix sugar and cinnamon together and place in a shallow dish. When the donuts and doughnut holes are done cooking, brush with melted butter and roll in the sugar- mixture OR dip donuts in a glaze.

STEP 5

Make a simple glaze: Combine 1 cup powdered sugar with 2-3 tablespoons milk and mix until smooth.

RECIPE NOTE

– Lightly coat the air fryer basket with coconut oil spray. – Have leftover donuts? Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. – To make a flavored glaze, consider replacing the milk with maraschino cherry juice for a cherry icing!
