INGREDIENTS
-1 lb pizza dough
-3/4 c shredded turkey
-3/4 c stuffing
-3/4 c mashed potatoes
-3/4 c corn
-1/4 c cranberries
-1/4 c gravy
-2 tbsp butter
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and coat with cooking spray.
STEP 2
Lightly flour a work surface and using a rolling pin, roll dough into a 14×10-inch rectangle.
STEP 3
Going parallel to one of the short sides, spread out rows of leftovers in 2-inch rows. Leave a 1-inch border around the dough edges on all sides. Drizzle with gravy.
Fold 1 inch of dough over the filling on the short sides of the rectangle. Fold the long ends over the filling, pinching the dough together at the corners.
STEP 4
Roll as tight as possible into a log, starting at the short side. Carefully place the log onto the baking sheet, seam side down. Brush with melted butter.
STEP 5
Bake for 30 minutes until the bread is golden. Loosen the bottom of Stromboli from the parchment paper. Transfer to a cutting board and cool. Cut into slices and serve.
