Instructions
Coat a large or medium coffee mug generously with cooking spray. Add the butter to the mug. Heat in the microwave for 20-25 seconds, or until melted. Add the egg yolk and vanilla and whisk with a fork.
In a small bowl, combine the sugars, flour, salt and chocolate chips/raisins/candies. Mix well and add to the butter mixture. Stir until moist and pat down in an even layer.
Place the mug in the microwave and cook on high heat for 1 minute. Let cool for 5 minutes. Using a knife or fork, loosen the cookie from the edges of the mug until it releases, or enjoy straight from the mug! Enjoy warm!
