  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp. light brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2-3 tbsp. candies total of chocolate chips, raisins and/or M&M’s

Instructions

  • Coat a large or medium coffee mug generously with cooking spray. Add the butter to the mug. Heat in the microwave for 20-25 seconds, or until melted. Add the egg yolk and vanilla and whisk with a fork.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sugars, flour, salt and chocolate chips/raisins/candies. Mix well and add to the butter mixture. Stir until moist and pat down in an even layer.
