Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain grease if needed. Add onion and garlic and cook until veggies are soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Remove from heat.
In a small bowl, combine the mayo, relish, mustard, paprika, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
Spread a generous amount of the Big Mac sauce on the insides of the bun (top and bottom). Add a small handful of chopped lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by a slice of cheese, a few spoonfuls of the meat mixture, 3 pickles and the top bun with sauce.
Repeat with remaining ingredients and serve immediately!
