Place all ingredients into a crockpot and cook on Low heat for 7 hours. Remove the chicken and cover to keep warm. Pour the sauce into a medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes, stirring often, until it becomes thick.
Pour the sauce over the chicken breasts and serve with rice or noodles.
