Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the jalapeños, salt and pepper. Cook for another 3 minutes. Add the diced tomatoes and cook until mixture is heated through. Add the spaghetti and cook until the noodles are soft. Serve warm!
