Crockpot Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

This hot spinach artichoke dip is a party staple! People always get excited about this dip and its so easy to make! It’s a filling, cheesy snack or appetizer that you can put on pita squares, crackers or chips. Let your slow cooker do all of the work for you!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts drained, chopped
  • 10 oz frozen spinach defrosted, squeezed dry
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on low heat for 2 to 3 hours, or until creamy and hot. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies.

Notes

  • Be sure to squeeze liquid from the frozen spinach to avoid a soupy end result.
  • To make this recipe in the oven, mix all ingredients in a large bowl and add to a greased baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes, or until heated through.
