1/2 cup salted butter

Using a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and beat on medium speed until creamy.
Add the melted chocolate and
mix until just combined.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Gradually add to the butter-sugar mixture and beat on medium speed until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool.
Make The Frosting:
In a large bowl, mix the butter until fluffy. Add the powdered sugar until just combined.
Add the remaining ingredients and spread in an even layer over the cooled brownies.
Make The Chocolate Topping
Combine the ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals in the microwave until creamy. Pour the chocolate over the top of the mint frosting and spread in an even layer.
Cover brownie leftovers tightly and store at room temperature for 3-4 days, or refrigerated for 6-7 days. If you want to freeze the brownies, place in a sealed container and freeze for up to 6 months.
