2cupsshredded chicken (recommendation: pull meat from a Rotisserie chicken)
8oz. package cream cheesesoftened
8oz. block havarti cheesecut into small chunks
1/3cupmilk
1/2cup mayo
1red bell pepperseeded and chopped
3jalapeno peppersfinely chopped (optional)
1tsp. red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a square baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, cream and havarti cheeses, milk, mayo, bell pepper, jalapeños and red pepper flakes. Mix well and pour into prepared baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Serve warm with chips.
