Ingredients

  • 25 oz frozen ravioli
  • 24 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Place ravioli, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning into a crockpot and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Gently stir twice throughout cooking.
  • Serve warm and sprinkle mozzarella cheese over tops.

Notes

  • Add fresh spinach, red bell peppers, mushrooms or diced red onions to the mix for extra flavor!
  • Although this is a meatless dish, consider turning the sauce into a meat sauce by adding a pound of cooked ground turkey sausage, ground beef or Italian sausage to the crock pot. 
  • To enjoy a little spicier version, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
