- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup dried cranberries or raisins
- 2 tsp. salt
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
Pour contents evenly onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring twice throughout baking process to ensure granola does not burn.
Remove from the oven and let cool. Store in airtight containers for up to 3 months.
