Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups feta cheese crumbles
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Italian parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp fresh oregano chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve with chips, crackers or veggies.

Notes

  • Replace a portion of the sour cream with softened cream cheese for an added boost of flavor.
  • Spice up your dip by adding 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.
  • Replace minced garlic with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, if desired.
  • Use a reduced fat/calorie variety of sour cream to make the dip a touch leaner.
