Ingredients
SALAD

Romaine lettuce
rinsed and chopped, iceberg is fine too

strawberries
hulled and sliced

blueberries
rinsed

peeled, pitted and chopped

cherry tomatoes
halved

pickles
chopped, (optional)
DRESSING
▢

extra-virgin olive oil
▢

balsamic vinegar
▢

sugar
▢
Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Prepare and chop the salad ingredients. Divide them between two large serving bowls.
In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients. Drizzle over salads and toss. Serve immediately!
