Only 3 ingredients are needed to make this healthy yogurt dip for fruit! There couldn't be an easier or quicker snack to throw together for the kids today.
Stir with a spoon or beat on medium speed with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fruits such as banana slices, berries of any kind, apple slices or grapes for dipping.

Other fun additions to include in the recipe to change the flavor up: a spoonful of marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, a few splashed of orange juice, a few sprinkles of cinnamon, vanilla extract, lemon zest, chia seeds, fresh mint, cocoa powder or a few scoops of cool whip.
To spruce up the way this recipe looks, consider adding a few drops of food coloring to make it more fun.
If you're not worried about the calorie content, add 4 ounce of softened cream cheese to the dip for a thicker dip and an extra delicious flavor.
Add a scoop of your favorite protein powder for added protein.
