Why This Recipe Works
I made this fruit dip for the first time many years ago for my boys when they were tiny-little as a super easy and healthy way to fill their bellies. It was love at first sight because of its total ease and delish factor. At any given moment, it is very likely that both you and I have all of the ingredients needed on hand, too.
My boys are a lot bigger and more grown up now and they still devour this fruit dip. It is such a perfect way to get kids (or adults) to dig into fruit. And I have found that any fruit goes! Seriously, dip anything into this deliciousness and it’ll be great.

How To Make Healthy Fruit Dip
Step 1
In a medium bowl, combine the following ingredients:
- 12 oz. Greek yogurt (any flavor)
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- A few long drizzles of honey (no more than 1/4 cup)

Step 2
Stir until creamy and refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve with your favorite fruits such as banana slices, berries of any kind, apple slices or grapes for dipping.

Recipe Notes
- Greek yogurt is the creamiest and dreamiest, but any kind of yogurt will work great in this recipe.
- If you want to keep this a creamy dip, definitely stick with creamy peanut butter as opposed to crunchy. Crunchy would add a fun twist, though!
- While this recipe is typically served with fruit, don’t limit your dipping options! Consider veggies, too! Cucumbers, bell pepper strips or carrots would taste great, as well.
- Great fresh fruit options for dipping: bananas, berries, apples, grapes, pineapple chunks or oranges.
- Other flavor options to include in the recipe to change things up: a spoonful of marshmallow creme or marshmallow fluff, 1 Tbsp brown sugar, a few splashed of orange juice, a few sprinkles of cinnamon, vanilla extract or a few scoops of cool whip.
- To spruce up the way this recipe looks, consider adding a few drops of food coloring would make it more fun.
