Ingredients

  • 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves
  • 6 slices turkey
  • 1 small tomato cut into slices
  • 1/2 cucumber peeled and sliced
  • 1 avocado peeled, pitted and sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp mustard or other condiments
  • 1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Instructions

  • Make two iceberg lettuce “bowls,” two leaves deep.
  • Divide the remaining sandwich ingredients between the lettuce cups and wrap tightly, enclosing them like burritos.
  • Wrap with parchment paper for added stability.

  • Use crisp lettuce that also has a little pliability to wrap around your fillings without breaking.
  • Use a piece of parchment to wrap your unwich and help the stability of the sandwich.
