Powdered sugar

Extra fresh mint
for garnish
Instructions
Muddle mint leaves and 2 tablespoons simple syrup in the bottom of a glass. Add crushed ice and pour Bourbon over top. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon simple syrup.
Garnish with powdered sugar and extra mint. Serve immediately!
