Recreate Champps seasoned sour cream at home with sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce and a simple blend of seasonings. This creamy, tangy dip is perfect for waffle fries, chicken, vegetables and more.
Combine the creamy base. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream to a medium bowl and whisk until smooth.
Add the seasonings. Stir in the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, dried parsley, garlic salt, paprika, salt, cayenne pepper and black pepper until thoroughly combined.
Chill before serving. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the seasonings to soften and the flavors to mingle. Stir well before serving.

Do not skip the chilling time. The dip tastes noticeably better after at least 1 hour in the refrigerator because the dried seasonings soften and the flavors blend.
Use full-fat ingredients. Full-fat mayonnaise and sour cream create the rich flavor and smooth consistency that most closely resemble Champps seasoned sour cream.
Adjust after chilling. Taste the dip only after it has rested, then add more salt, cayenne or lemon juice if needed.
Thin it if necessary. For a thinner dipping or drizzling consistency, stir in milk 1 teaspoon at a time.
Store leftovers properly. Refrigerate the dip in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Stir well before serving. Freezing is not recommended.
