Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 green onions white and light green parts only, thinly sliced (~½ cup)
  • 3 tbsp fresh dill finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve!

Notes

  • Replace a portion of the yogurt with mayo and/or sour cream for a tasty dish (if you’re not concerned about calories or fat).
  • You can use full fat or fat free yogurt as a healthy alternative.
  • You can use a vegan yogurt to make this recipe dairy free.
  • If you have a fish allergy or just avoid fish, use an anchovy-free Worcestershire sauce.
  • Use fresh dill. Freeze-dried dill is a decent second alternative, but regular dried dill should only be used in a pinch.
  • Use the bottom portion white and light green parts of the scallions only.
  • Use fresh lemon juice for best taste.
  • Add a little extra flavor with a little bit of lemon zest.
  • Add a little fresh garlic or other fresh herbs into the ingredients.
