I love to make fried rice. It’s so versatile. I can add left over chicken or pork with diced veggies for a one dish meal or I can make it to accompany my favorite Asian dishes like sweet & sour pork or pepper steak.

I like Jasmine Rice. I use it as a side dish with almost all of the Chinese dishes I make, like Beef and Broccoli.

My favorite types of rice are Basmati and Jasmine. We like to grill marinated chicken, onions, red & yellow bell peppers, cherry tomatoes and pineapple chunks on skewers, then serve them over rice. We also love brown rice for this dish.

I love white rice the best mostly because there are so many ways it can be made and served. You can put it in about anything, make it about anyway, and serve it with about anything. It's so versatile.
