I’d use Success Rice served with sweet and sour chicken. Thanks so much.

I almost always use brown rice. It just has more flavor.

I love Basmati rice the best. It's texture is superb, it's kind of nutty and sweet, and delicious plain and dressed up. In fact, I will eat it by the heaping spoonful when it's freshly done, thereby making it hard to save for tomorrow night's dinner!

I love white rice, either with a little butter and salt or I use it when I make a pork chop with mushroom sauce dish, and a Mongolian beef dish.

While my husband and I prefer brown rice, I also buy white Success rice since that's my children's favorite. We use rice for many things besides Asian style dishes – with chicken, fish or beef – it goes with everything.

Actually, my favorite rice is white rice, but I usually cook with brown rice for better nutrition.
