Summer is the best time for parties, gatherings, get-togethers or whatever you wish to call them. I am constantly preparing food in the summer months and I love it because it means we are spending time with PEOPLE!

I have a handful of favorite quick-and-easy party foods that I love throwing together, such as my Edamame Tomato Corn Salad and my Best Ever Pasta Salad.

This 7-Layer Taco Dip ranks up there with the best because it is easy to prepare and it gets devoured by the masses. There is not a single Taco Dip in the world that compares to this one.

You’ve found the best of the best in the world of taco dip recipes here, my friends.

Family members request this taco dip every year when we get together for our summer family reunion. It gets completely devoured within an hour or less (no joke).

Take this recipe from a 9 to a TEN by adding half of a cup of mayo to the cream cheese and sour cream mix. I've been doing this in my seven layer dip for years, and everyone always wonders what the secret ingredient is

Hello, I enjoyed reading your recipe for the seven-layer dip. I first got the idea from a bottle of PACE salsa. I have made it my own way, I spread the refried beans on the bottom, then I add a layer of sour cream with the taco seasoning mixed i n it, then a layer of guacamole. I like the Dean's brand guacamole. Then the grated cheese, and I like to top it off with a combination of chopped tomatoes, sliced olives and sliced green onion.
