Recipe Ingredients
This healthy French onion dip recipe uses simple ingredients for a creamy texture and delicious flavor.
Plain Greek yogurt – Use plain full-fat yogurt or nonfat Greek yogurt. Or get wild and use a different variety for a flavor twist. Can replace part of it with sour cream for a flavor twist.
Mayo – Full-fat mayo is recommended for the best flavor, but low-fat can also be used. Omit entirely and use all yogurt for a healthier recipe.
Onions – You can use dried minced or up to ½ cup of sweet caramelized onions.
Worcestershire sauce – The secret ingredient! Don’t skip it, unless you avoid fish. The recipe only calls for 1 tablespoon, but you can use up to 2 tablespoons for a bolder flavor.
Garlic powder – if all you have is garlic salt, omit the salt from the ingredients.
Salt – Any variety, to taste.

- Additional spices or fresh herbs can be added, depending on tastes and what you have on hand. Fresh chives are a great addition.
