HOW TO PREPARE ASPARAGUS WITH BALSAMIC BUTTER SAUCE
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Arrange a bunch of asparagus spears (with ends trimmed) in a single layer on a baking sheet and drizzle olive oil over the top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook asparagus in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
In a small bowl, combine melted butter, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Pour over the baked asparagus and serve!
