Introducing the aptly named crack brownies. WARNING: You will NOT want to stop eating these once you start. Great dessert option for parties!
Original post: January 2011 | Updated: February 2021
Have you ever tried crack? Yeah, me either. After eating these brownies, though, I feel like I would probably be less addicted to crack. I mean, how can that not be the case with brownies, peanuts, marshmallows, Reese’s peanut butter cups, chocolate, peanut butter and Rice Krispies all present in a single bite?!
HOW TO MAKE PEANUT BUTTER CUP CRACK BROWNIES
STEP 1
Coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Mix and bake brownies according to package directions.
Remove from oven and top with the peanuts, peanut butter cups and marshmallows. Return to the oven and bake at 350 degrees for an additional 5 minutes, or until the marshmallows puff and brown and the chocolate begins to melt.
STEP 2
In a medium bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the peanut butter. Microwave on high for 1 minute and stir until creamy. Add the Rice Krispies and stir until completely coated.
Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture evenly over top of the brownies. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours before cutting into squares and serving.

- Use chunky peanut butter for even more crunch.

FAQ ABOUT BROWNIES
Brownies can definitely be frozen. After baking, allow the brownies to cool to room temperature. Wrap them in plastic wrap, double wrap with aluminum foil and freeze.
Enjoy brownies warm out of the oven. If they last the day, store them in an air-tight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
If your batch of brownies sink in the middle, they have not been baked long enough. Pop them back into the oven in 5-minute increments until the middle comes back to life.

Hello….I'm with the food police…..and I'm for thinking that these are no doubt against the law. Now I'm going to be a law breaker.

I disagree with matherw1421 – doesn't more and more of a
good thing sound…good!? Looks delicious!

The first few recipes here are just flat out overkill. I love chocolate in almost all of its manifestations, but it needs balance, not simply more and more of a good thing.
