Recipe Ingredients
Frozen ravioli – Grab a bag of cheesy ravioli from the frozen aisle. No need to thaw first, just pop it right into your slow cooker when you’re ready to start cooking! I always use cheese ravioli for this recipe, but a meaty variety would be great, too!
Spaghetti sauce – Use your favorite brand of pasta sauce from the grocery store, or make your own easy homemade spaghetti sauce. Marinara sauce can be used, as well!
Diced tomatoes – Diced tomatoes, tomato sauce or water can be used.
Parmesan cheese – Grated or shaved.
Italian seasoning – The only seasoning you’ll need!
Mozzarella cheese – Or another melty variety, such as provolone or cheddar.
How To Make Crockpot Ravioli
Step 1
Add the following ingredients to a crockpot after a light spray with non-stick cooking spray:
- Frozen ravioli
- Jar of spaghetti sauce
- Diced tomatoes
- Parmesan cheese
- Italian seasoning
Give the mixture a stir.
Step 2
Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Gently stir twice throughout cooking.
Serve warm and sprinkle with a little bit of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top just before serving.
Recipe Notes
- Add fresh spinach, red bell peppers, mushrooms or diced red onions to the mix for extra flavor!
- Although this is a meatless dish, consider turning the sauce into a meat sauce by adding a pound of cooked ground turkey sausage, ground beef or Italian sausage to the crock pot.
- To enjoy a little spicier version, add a teaspoon of red pepper flakes.

Can you pressure cook this recipe?
Great question Kaitlin! I haven’t tested this myself so if you try, let me know. If I were to try, I’d add all the ingredients to the pot and set it to 2 minutes if you like a firmer ravioli. 3 minutes if you prefer a smaller one. However, the size of your ravioli will impact this cook time as well so if you’re using small tortellini sized, I’d reduce it down to one minute. I hope this helps!
