    Why This Recipe Works

Quick and easy meals get me alllll excited, especially when they’re meals my super-picky boys will eat. It is so hard for me to find food they love that isn’t mac and cheese or grilled cheese or chicken nuggets.

These pepperoni pizza sliders made me happy because my boys devoured them and they were done in less than 30 minutes. And oh goodness, they smelled delicious while they were baking!

This recipe is perfect for parties of any kind, game day or even tonight’s dinner!

How To Make Pepperoni Pizza Sliders

These sliders are the best kind of finger food with all the familiar flavors of pizza in a sandwich! They are great as a busy weeknight meal and also for any sort of gathering.

    STEP 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Place the bottom halves of the Hawaiian rolls into the prepared baking dish. Top with an even layer of pizza sauce, followed by the mozzarella cheese, slices of pepperoni and tops of the rolls.

    STEP 2

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix well and brush over the tops of the rolls.

Sprinkle the fresh parsley over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese has completely melted. Using a sharp knife, cut down the seams of the rolls and serve immediately!

    Recipe Notes

    • Replace pepperoni with sausage, bacon or Canadian bacon! Or omit the meat altogether and add extra cheese.
    • Other pizza toppings you could squeeze into the sliders: olives, green onions, chopped yellow onion, green peppers, jalapeno peppers or mushrooms.
    • Serve immediately after pulling these out of the oven for optimal cheesy enjoyment!
    • If the tops of the buns brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil while baking.
