We all know that buffalo sauce and chicken are a delicious marriage. The only thing better is turning them into a delicious hot dip! The hot sauce is tempered by the cream cheese and enjoyed until all the bites are gone. This one is great for parties!
I am feeling thankful on this cold, snowy, sleeting, dreary day. My little Sammy is snuggled into my side as I type. Next year he will be in kindergarten and I will miss these daytime snuggles. I cherish every single moment with his cuteness buried into me. Who cares that I can’t work for one consecutive minute without being interrupted. A year from now I will be yearning for it!
Today would be the perfect day to have these ingredients simmering in my slow cooker. Dan and I made this a few weeks ago and it was gone…um, quickly. Embarrassingly quickly. Buffalo sauce + chicken + warm dip + EASY = YUM!

To make this in the oven, mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a round baking dish that is coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.
-
Add a cup of crispy chopped bacon or 1 cup of cheddar cheese for fun. Great additions!
Serve with celery (or any veggie) pita chips, crackers or chips! This is a party hit, just like my famous Spinach Artichoke Dip and this to-die-for Club Sandwich Dip! This looks so good! Most buffalo chicken dips have canned chicken (gross), this looks so much better!

Hi there! Since I don't have a crockpot, I would like to ask how long you would keep this in the oven, and at what degrees to get the right kind of texture?
